Mostly singletrack trail connecting Washington Park to FR300 at the top of the Mogollon Rim. This trail is named after Colonel Thomas C. Devin, a U.S. Army officer who pioneered the route down off the rim in 1868. This trail provides the only access to the historical Railroad Tunnel Trail.
